#38 Jerry Cook Chevrolet Coupe

This bright red Chevy coupe is based on one NASCAR Hall of Famer Jerry Cook built out of junkyard parts and raced in the Modified division in the 1960s. It is powered by a 454 C.I. Fuel Injected Big Block Chevy Engine and a 3-speed manual transmission. The Big Iron Garage team built the replica for an episode of Ray Evernham's television show "AmeriCarna," which tells the story of the famous rivalry between Cook and Richie Evans in the Modified series during the 70's and 80's.
