1965 Chevrolet Chevelle

This 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS was a project that hit close to home to Ray Evernham because it was the recreation of his high school car. Ray bought a 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle in high school and loved it, but decided to sell it so he could start racing. He always regretted selling the car, so he decided to build a newer version. This car is very similar to his original, with a few modifications of course. This upgraded version of his favorite car features: better brakes, power steering, racing suspension, air conditioning, and an all-aluminum 427 with a five-speed.
